Qualification Details: Candidates must have completed the B.E in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, Chartered Accountancy, Master Degree in Natural Sciences/Marine Science/ Life Sciences/Environment/Marine Biology, Post Graduation Degree in Urban/Environmental Planning or its equivalent with good marks from a recognized University / Institution.
